Mushrooms Florentine

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup grated mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or Romano cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:

In a medium skillet, melt the butter. Add the onion and mushrooms, and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients and transfer the mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish. Bake the casserole at 350° for 20 minutes.
