Great Corn on the Cob


Serves: 6

Ingredients

6 ears fresh or frozen sweet corn
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter
Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Add corn to boiling water and cook 15 minutes. Remove from water and place in rectangular dish. Sprinkle with spices and add butter. Sprinkle corn with Parmesan cheese. Cover dish with foil and place in warm oven until ready to serve.

Note: Remember when salting corn that Parmesan cheese is also salty.
