Fish Cocktail

Ingredients

1 pound cooked white fleshed fish – cod, haddock or halibut
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

Cut the fish into ½ inch cubes. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a sauce and add the fish. Chill. Serve on crackers, celery, endive or sweet red pepper strips.
