Ingredients

6 ounces goat cheese
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons pine nuts
4 ribs celery cut into 3 inch pieces

Directions:

Combine the goat cheese, raisins, honey and pine nuts in a bowl. Spoon the mixture into the hollows of the celery or endive. Refrigerate and serve cold.
