Seafood Pasta

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 (5-ounce) jars pasteurized process cheese spread sharp
1 cup half and half
1 (10-ounce) package pasta shell
1 (4 1/2-ounce) can shrimp small, drained
1 (7 1/2-ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked or 1 7 1/2 -ounce can Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh

Directions:

Heat oven to 350° F. In medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine add cheese and half-and-half, blending well. Boil shell macaroni in salted water until just barely tender drain. Mix sauce and macaroni together. Toss in shrimp, crab meat or tuna, seasonings, and lemon juice. Put in greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish and bake until hot and bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
