Kathy's Reuben Supper

Ingredients

3 (12-ounce) cans corned beef
1 (1-pound) can sauerkraut drained
1/4 cup thousand island salad dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise real
4 cups Swiss cheese grated natural
4 to 5 cups rye bread dark rye bread diced
1/4 cup butter melted or margarine

Directions:

Heat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and layer each ingredient in order given, mixing the salad dressing and mayonnaise together before spreading over sauerkraut. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes remove foil and bake 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasty.

Note: This is a quick, easy, and delicious meal-in-one for a crowd and can be put together several hours ahead of time. Bake just before serving.
