Holiday Oven Omelet

Serves: 8

   1/4 cup margarine
   9 eggs
   1 cup sour cream
   1 cup milk
   2 teaspoons salt
   1/4 cup chives chopped


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Melt margarine (or butter) in 9x13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients (chopped green onions may be substituted for chives). Pour into dish. Bake for 35 minutes or till eggs are done but still moist. Serve with English Sausage Rolls (recipe in this cookbook).
