Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup margarine
1 cup water
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Icing:
1/2 cup margarine
2 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Sift flour, measure, and resift with sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Bring margarine, water, and cocoa to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. Mix well. Mix eggs, soda, buttermilk, and vanilla. Add to above mixture. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured 10x15-inch pan for 20 minutes at 350°, or a 9x13-inch pan about 40 minutes.

Icing:
Start cooking Icing the last 5 minutes cake is baking. Mix margarine, cocoa, and milk in saucepan over low heat. Remove and add sugar, nuts, and vanilla. Frost cake while hot.
