Chicken, Mushroom, and Artichoke Bake

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
1/2 cup butter
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons flour
1 (10-ounce) can condensed chicken broth
1/2 cup sherry
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained

Directions:

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. In large skillet, melt butter and sauté chicken until lightly browned. Remove to baking dish. In same skillet, sauté mushrooms; add flour and mix well. Stir in broth and sherry. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 5–10 minutes and pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Top with artichoke hearts and cook 20–30 minutes.
