Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 egg yolk, beaten
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Mix together powdered sugar and peanut butter until it resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle 1?2 of mixture in bottom of baked pie shell. Combine sugar, flour, and cornstarch. Add beaten egg yolks. Mix to form a smooth paste. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla. Cool slightly; pour into pie shell. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Serve with whipped cream.
