Down East Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

4 cups fresh blueberries
2-4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of salt (optional)
3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°. Place blueberries in a greased (margarine) baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice. In a medium bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; mix until crumbly. Stir in rolled oats and sprinkle evenly over blueberries. Bake in 375° oven for 35–40 minutes. Serve warm.
