Bronc Rider Beef Strips

Ingredients

2 pounds beef sirloin steaks (cut in strips)
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon soy sauce, divided
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons sliced ginger
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

Marinate sirloin by combining 1/4 cup soy sauce, sugar, onion, garlic powder, ginger, chili powder, and beef sirloin. Let set in refrigerator, covered, 1 hour. Drain meat and brown in oil in skillet. Remove from pan and coat with remaining soy sauce and sesame seeds.
