Chicken Chalupas

Ingredients

2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 (4-ounce) can green chiles
1 (4-ounce) can chopped ripe olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3/4 pound grated Jack cheese
4 large chicken breasts, cooked, deboned, and chopped
12 flour tortillas
3/4 pound grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine soup, sour cream, chiles, olives, and green onion. Mix and add Jack cheese. Remove 2 cups of mixture and set aside. Add chopped chicken to remaining mixture; fill 12 tortillas and roll up. Place tortillas in a 9x13-inch pan, seam-side-down. Pour remaining mixture on tortillas. Spread evenly and top with grated Cheddar. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
