Mini Wonton Salsa Baskets

Ingredients

24 wonton wrappers
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can corn, drained
1 (16-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (8-ounce) jar salsa
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Spray 24 mini muffin cups with non-stick vegetable spray; press a wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, until crisp. Mix together corn, beans and salsa; spoon into cups. Top with cheese.

Tip: For a fast and fun party punch, combine a pint of sherbet with a 2-liter bottle of chilled soda. Match up flavors…strawberry sherbet with strawberry soda, lime sherbet with lemon-lime soda. Yummy!
