Cheddar-Blue Cheese Ball

Ingredients

2 (3-ounce) packages crumbled blue cheese
2 (5-ounce) jars sharp pasteurized processed cheese spread
4 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dried parsley
Garnish: chopped nuts
snack crackers, sliced fruit

Directions:

Combine cheeses, Worcestershire sauce and parsley; mix well. Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 days to allow flavors to blend. At serving time, let stand at room temperature to soften. Serve with a variety of crackers or fruit for dipping.

Tip: For stand-up parties, make it easy on guests by serving foods that can be eaten in one or 2 bites.
