Ham and Swiss Mmmmelts

Ingredients

6 hamburger buns
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 (6-ounce) package deli sliced ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 (7-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions:

Split buns in half, and spread with butter. Divide ham, cheese, and mushrooms, and layer on bottom buns. Put on bun tops. Wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. If refrigerated, bake 5 minutes longer.

Editor’s Extra: Muenster cheese is a good sub for the Swiss. Offer flavored mustard, pickles, and chips.
