Breakfast Burritos Ole!

Ingredients

1 dozen egg
3/4 cup salsa
10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4-ounce) can green chili

Directions:

Beat eggs, then stir in salsa. Scramble eggs and salsa mixture until eggs are just set. Heat tortillas in microwave just long enough to soften. Place an even amount of egg mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up and place in large nonstick skillet. Sprinkle with cheese and green chiles. Cover with lid and heat over medium heat until cheese melts.
