Easy Sausage Cornbread

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can cream-style corn
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 (12-ounce) package corn bread and muffin mix
1/4 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine corn, eggs and milk. Stir in muffin mix just until blended. Fold in sausage. Pour muffin mixture into greased 9-inch square baking pan or iron skillet. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
