Ingredients:
| 6 ears | corn |
| 1/4 cup | brummel & brown organic spread |
| 3 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 2 tablespoons | chopped fresh parsley leaves |
| 1 teaspoon | thyme, chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | rosemary, chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | basil, chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoon | kosher salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | ground black pepper |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place corn husks directly on the oven rack and roast until corn is soft, about 35-40 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine Brummel & Brown spread, garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper; set aside.
Peel down husks and spread with the Brummel & Brown spread mixture.
