30 Healthy Snacks That Are Easy!


One of the biggest battles to losing weight is snacking- am I right?? I love exercise and eat fairly healthy most the time, but the snacking is definitely a tough one! With the new year right around the corner, many of us are probably gearing up for our individual weight loss goals. Don’t let unhealthy snacking destroy your hard work! To help take the thinking out of healthy snacking, here is a list of healthy snacks you can go to when you’re craving something but want to avoid the cookies and Pringles!

1. Apple chips

2. Hummus with veggies (Carrot sticks, pepper slices, celery stalks, etc)

3. Frozen yogurt with berries- (Freeze berries and yogurt in ice cube trays for a tasty and adorable healthy snack!)

4. Avocado toast- mash up avocado and spread across whole grain toast; sprinkle with pepper and onion salt

5. Wheat Thins with cottage cheese

6. Cottage cheese with diced avocado

7. A handful of almonds

8. Cottage cheese with peach slices

9. Avocado slices with multigrain chips or crackers

10. Chips and salsa

11. Sweet potato chips

12. Baked sweet potato fries

13. A spoonful of peanut butter with a few dark chocolate chips

14. Apple slices with peanut butter

15. Roasted chickpeas

16. Cheese stick with grapes

17. The classic ants on a log (peanut butter spread on a celery stalk with raisins on top)

18. Greek yogurt with berries

19. Hard-boiled egg

20. Tuna with whole wheat crackers

21. Greek yogurt with granola

22. Jerky (look for brands with low sodium and sugar!)

23. Turkey slice and cheese slice wrapped in lettuce

24. Kale chips

25. Strawberry slices with greek yogurt and a sprinkle of brown sugar

26. Lightly salted home-popped popcorn

27. ½ whole grain toasted English muffin with peanut butter

28. Graham crackers with frozen yogurt and banana slices

29. Banana dipped in light yogurt, rolled in crushed cereal and frozen

30. Pita with ricotta cheese and apple slices (and cinnamon!)
