Ingredients:4 pound black beans
2 cup onion
1/2 cup garlic
1 1/3 tablespoon fresh cilantro
4 dash cayenne pepper
1 1/3 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon pepper
In a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion, and garlic, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Season with cilantro, cayenne, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes, and serve.
