To fix this, follow these steps:

1. Launch Cook'n on your computer
2. Click View->Units
3. Select a unit that has the [duplicate 1] in the name
4. In the box next to "Unit Name" on the right hand side, remove the "[duplicate 1]" from the name and click "Save".

It will then tell you that a unit with that name already exists and it will ask you if you want to replace this one with that one. Click "yes".
