Greek Shrimp

Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes diced
1 large onion chopped
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
12 ounces medium to large shrimp peeled and deveined
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions:

1. Dice the tomatoes.
2. Chop the onion.
3. Place all of the ingredients except the shrimp and feta cheese in a medium saucepan over medium?low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Arrange the shrimp in the bottom of a casserole dish. Spoon the tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with feta cheese. Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 30 minutes or until the sauce is hot and bubbly.
