French Dip


Serves: 5

Yield: 1 dipper

Ingredients

1 tablespoon minced shallot
1 cup beef broth
3 ounces thinly sliced rare roast beef
1 long French or italian roll

Directions:

1. Mince the shallot.
2. Place the broth, shallots, and roast beef in a pot over medium heat. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Remove the beef and most of the shallots with a slotted spoon and place in the roll. Pour the broth into a bowl and dip away!
