Ingredients

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Whisk until blended.

Important tip
If you want to thicken the Blue Cheese dressing to serve as a dip, use only half the buttermilk.
