3 medium russet potatoes peeled
1 slice (4 ounces) ham diced
2 cups grated gruyére cheese (or cheddar or fontina)
1 (15-ounce) jar alfredo sauce
3 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 medium onion peeled and minced

Turn toaster oven to bake at 375 degrees.

Slice potatoes into 1?8-inch-thick slices, place on a plate, and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.

In a 2 1?2-quart pan, layer as you would a lasagna using one-third of the following: potato slices, ham, cheese, Alfredo sauce, parsley, and onion. Repeat to make two more layers. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4–6 servings.
