Maple Nog


Serves: 6
Total Calories: 220

Ingredients

4 cups milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup instant tea powder
1/2 teaspoon allspice ground
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1/2 cup whipped cream whipped
Additional ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except whipped cream and additional cinnamon. Heat, stirring occasionally, just until mixture comes to a boil. Let stand a few seconds for spices to settle to bottom of saucepan. Serve hot in mugs with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
