Chocolate Avocado Cupcakes

1 cup agave
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup mashed avocado
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup almond milk (regualar milk is fine too)
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda


In a large bowl, beat all of the liquid ingredients together until well blended. Gradually add in the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is wet and smooth. Pour batter into nonstick muffin tins or paper muffin cups. (makes 12 cupcakes) Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes. Top with Cream Cheese Avocado frosting.
