Banana Bread

Ingredients

6 tablespoons soft butter
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup agave
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 very ripe bananas
3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

In a large bowl cream butter, agave and honey together. Mix in flax and water. Gradually mix in flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder bananas and nuts. Bake in a nonstick loaf pan @ 350° for 50-55 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
