Orange Cooler

4 frozen, small to medium bananas
2 cups fresh or frozen orange juice (4 to 5 oranges)
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia extract (to taste)
4 to 6 ice cubes, crushed


• Cut up the bananas and process in a blender or food processor with the orange juice, yogurt, and stevia extract. Add the crushed ice and blend until creamy.
• To crush the ice cubes, place them in a closed plastic bag and hit with a hammer.
