• Combine the soymilk or milk, carob, stevia extract, salt, and vanilla in a blender on low. With the blender still running, slowly add the oil through the top of the blender.
• Pour into a pan and heat. Do not boil. Add more milk if this is too rich.
NOTE: This beverage is rich and creamy made with almond or cashew milk. For a malt flavor, add a tablespoon of rice syrup or barley malt.
