Go Fly a Papaya


Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 cups diced fresh pineapples (1 pineapple)
1 cup peeled and diced papaya (1 large papaya)
1 cup crushed ice

Directions:

Place the juice, honey, pineapple, papaya, and ice in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each by inserting a Pineapple Chip (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
