Berries on a Skewer


Serves: 2

Ingredients

1/2 fresh raspberries, blueberries or blackberries
2 6-to-10 inch wooden skewers

Directions:

Thread 5 to 6 berries of your choice onto the upper half of each skewer. Be sure to use skewers that are long enough to allow the bottom piece of fruit to rest comfortably on the rim of the glass. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 hours.
