Cinnamon Syrup

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup evaporated milk

Directions:

In a small saucepan, stir together sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon and water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in evaporated skim milk. Cool completely before transferring to serving pitcher.
