Ingredients

1/3 cup quick oats
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons cold butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 (15-ounce) can cherry pie filling

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.

In a medium bowl, stir the peanut butter into the cherry pie filling. Add to the oat mixture and thoroughly combine.

This topping is excellent over baked apples as a side dish. It’s also wonderful over baked cobblers or crisps. You can also pour it over a ham before baking.
