Ingredients

1 to 2 sweet onions, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas, divided
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Garnish: sour cream

Directions:

Sauté onions in butter over medium heat until tender and golden. Spoon onto 3 tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining tortillas. Place quesadillas on a medium-hot grill; cook until lightly golden on bottom. Turn over carefully; cook until golden on other side. Remove from grill and cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream.

Tip: It’s so easy to make grilled quesadillas to suit your taste! Cooked chicken, sautéed red pepper strips and zucchini slices, even sweet corn kernels are all scrumptious. Quesadillas make tasty appetizers too!
