Steak Dinner in a “Pot”

3 medium potatoes , quartered
1 large onion , chopped
1 (10-ounce) can Italian green beans , or 1 (10-ounce) can seasoned French-style green beans
1 (2-ounce) jar pimientos , chopped and drained
1 pound boneless round steak, cut into serving-size pieces
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped green pepper , or 2 teaspoons bell pepper flakes
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup water


Put potatoes, onion, green beans, and pimento in slow cooker. Dredge meat with flour and arrange over vegetables. Combine ketchup, Worcestershire, pepper flakes, bouillon, salt, marjoram, pepper, and water. Pour over all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8–10 hours.
