Salmon Patties

Serves: 7
Total Calories: 195


1 (16-ounce) can salmon
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons grated onions
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs


Drain salmon; remove skin. Mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients. Divide into 8 patties and fry until golden brown in hot oil.
