Mole Sauce

2.000 teaspoons vegetable oil
0.250 cup finely chopped onion
1.000 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1.000 teaspoon cumin
1.000 teaspoon cilantro
2.000 tablespoons minced garlic
10.750 ounces tomato soup
4.000 ounces diced green chilies


Sauté onion and oil in sauce pan until tender. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
