2. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and spices together in a small bowl.
3. Beat sugar, egg whites, milk, vanilla, lemon juice and extract together in a large bowl. Stir zucchini into wet ingredients. Stir in the dry ingredients just until combined. Stir in nuts.
