3 green onions (opt)
1 (48-ounce) jar pinto bean rinsed and drained
1 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (opt)
1 large bag baked tortilla chip


1. 5 minutes before serving: Chop green onions in food processor.
2. Add remaining ingredients (minus chips) to processor and blend until smooth.
3. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
4. Serve with Baked Tostitos or Bagel Chips.
