Sweet Spoon-On

Ingredients

2 tablespoons warm water
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups All-Bran® Bran Buds®

Directions:

1. Blend together water, honey and cinnamon. Pour over cereal in a large bowl. Immediately toss to moisten.

2. Gently spread on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 325°F about 15 to 20 minutes until dry and crisp. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.

SUGGESTED USES: Sprinkle on cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, stewed fruit or cottage cheese. Use as a baking ingredient.

VARIATION: After 10 minutes of baking time, sprinkle 2 teaspoons of grated orange or lemon peel over mixture. Stir gently. Continue baking about 10 minutes longer as directed above.
