_ (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped
_ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened*
_ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
_ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
_ small tomato, seeded and chopped
_ jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
_ teaspoon dried dill weed
_ package Keebler® Town House® Original crackers
1. In medium bowl stir together artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, tomato, jalapeno and dill.
2. Spread in 1-quart casserole or 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
