Ice Cream in a Baggie


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coarse salt
2 cups ice

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a sandwich size ziplock bag and seal completely. Put sandwich baggie into a quart size baggie along with salt and ice and shake it up baby. Ice cream will be soft and ready to eat in 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
