Rice & Broccoli Casserole

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12-ounce) package chopped broccoli (thawed & drained)
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup Jack cheese (shredded)
1 cup French-fried onions
1/4 cup water


Cook rice according to package directions; set aside.

In large bowl add soup, broccoli, cooked rice, 3/4 cup Jack cheese, French-fried onions and water. Mix well together.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Top with remaining 1/4 cup Jack cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
