Raisin & Macaroni Casserole

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup butter (melted)
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
4 cups elbow macaroni (cooked & drained)
1/2 cup raisins (soaked for 10 minutes in hot water; then drain)


Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In large bowl combine the softened cream cheese, sugar and melted butter. Mix until well mixed. Blend in the slightly beaten eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg, cooked drained macaroni and drained raisins. Mix well together.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes.

Note: Could be served with sour cream.
