Corn Casserole

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (cut in chunks & softened)
2 eggs
1 (11-ounce) can whole corn (drained)
1/2 cup carrot (shredded)
1/4 cup green onion (sliced)
1/4 cup bell pepper (diced)
2 ounces diced pimiento (drained)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper


In medium bowl beat eggs; add softened cream cheese and mix together until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
