Flavored Vinegars


Serves: 10

Ingredients

2 cups vinegar, any type
1 cup flavorful stuff such as herbs, chiles, fresh fruit, maple sugar vanilla, etc

Directions:

Heat the vinegar until warm. Place the flavorful stuff in a sealable container. Pour the vinegar over the top, cover, and steep for at least 24 hours strain. Store, tightly covered, at room temperature for up to 2 months.
