1 avocado large, pitted, peeled and cut up
1 cup chicken broth or bouillon
1 cup half and half
1 tablespoon onions chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white peppers ground
Chopped tomato
Place avocado, broth or bouillon, half-and-half, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender container or food processor bowl; cover and blend or process until very smooth. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours.
