Quick Broccoli Soup

Serves: 6
Total Calories: 79


1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces shredded cheese


Cook broccoli in large saucepan, (do not salt); drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated.
